When i first talked with Nolan he was able to tell me tons of information and suggestions, then him and Brandon came out to make sure part of the project could be done with little problem at all, they then emailed quotes with and without parts. They were very polite and nice and even called when a cancellation happened and said they could do it that day instead. It took a long time for the installation but they didn’t leave till the door shut properly and latched. This door has not been fully closed since we moved in almost 3 yrs ago. THANK YOU!

Brandon and his crew did a great job at installing our new front door. We had a previous guy come and tell us we would have to cut the brick to install our new door. Brandon came out and say “no way”, we will cut the door down by about 2 inches. His crew did a great job at cutting down the door and installing, they even went and bought something to go under the bottom of the door way to ensure it was stable.

I was looking to replace a wooden entry door for my home with a fiber glass door. I had 3 bids to perform this work. All of the bids I received told me that I would have to replace the entire door structure. Brandon was the only one that suggested to me that I did not have to replace it since the existing door frame was still in very good shape. When the door arrived, the stain matched almost perfectly and best of all, the door was a perfect fit. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Brandon and the workers who installed the door and the staining. I would highly recommend this group and I will use them again in the future.

After a delay in receiving an approval from all homeowners Brandon was still friendly and prompt when scheduling our installation. The installation process went better than expected. What a great job Southwest Door did! I had a dutch door from my garage to our pool yard that had rotted areas at the base. Brandon suggested that we replace the frame and bottom half of the door only with a matching new fiberglass panel door. It matched perfectly and will keep me from having to do this again in 10 years. Brandon is the one that said we did not have to replace the top half as it was fine. How refreshing to have a professional work at my home and give such practical advice. I will absolutely call Southwest Door again when I need doors or windows
